Michele Lee Scherger, CSSE, GRI, CDPE

Broker/Owner, Pinnacle Real Estate Group

I’m a licensed Florida broker, and the Treasure Coast has been my home and my only market since 2003. I moved here from Jupiter, put down roots, and built my practice one transaction at a time in the same communities where I live. That means when I tell you what a neighborhood is like, what a property is worth, or what a buyer in this market will actually pay, it comes from more than two decades of working these streets, not from a report I pulled that morning.

I hold the Certified Short Sale Expert, GRI, and CDPE designations and I’m a trained HUD Housing Counselor. I’m also a member of the National REO Brokers Association, the network banks and asset managers turn to when they need a broker they can trust with their most difficult properties. If your situation is straightforward, I’ll make it easy. If it’s complicated, that’s the work I’m built for.

Buying, selling, investing, or trying to figure out your options in a situation that isn’t simple. Whatever brought you here, you’ll get a straight answer from me about where you stand and what makes sense. That’s how I’ve built my practice in Port St. Lucie, and it’s why my clients come back and send their friends.

Find Your Next Home

Twenty-plus years in one market builds knowledge you can’t get from a search portal. I know which HOA communities have restrictions that will matter to you later, which flood zones catch buyers off guard, and how insurance costs have reshaped what it really costs to own here. Tell me what you need in a home and what you can spend, and I’ll show you properties that fit both, in neighborhoods that will still make sense five years from now.

Sell Your Home

Selling well is a process, not a listing. Pricing based on current St. Lucie County data, preparing the property, marketing it to the buyers most likely to close, negotiating the contract, managing inspections and paperwork, and getting you through closing without surprises. I handle all of it. You’ll always know exactly where things stand, because I’ll tell you.

Get Your Home Ready to Sell

Buyers don’t see your home the way you do, and the market prices that difference. Sometimes the fix is staging. Sometimes it’s a repair, fresh paint, or simply clearing rooms so buyers can picture their own furniture in them. I’ll walk your property and tell you which improvements will return their cost at the closing table and which ones won’t. That honest assessment is often the difference between a home that sits and one that sells.
